Exchange policy/ Return policy

-A request for an exchange must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. The items must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. 

-Any garments thatappear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.

-Please take care when
trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or thatsmell of perfume.

-The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for exchange can
be issued.

-Items are eligible for exchange only once.

-Please note, the above returns policy applies to
all purchases made via the www.shopbalmysol.com website only.

-Unfortunately, we do not have a refund policy.
